A 13-floor medical office building and parking deck (8 floors parking and 5 floors offices). Flat-slab, cast-in-place, post tension concrete - 130,000 sq ft.

Cultural

An award-winning park in the community Ojo de Agua, Salcedo province in the Dominican Republic. The park was named after the Mirabal Sisters–three sisters who were killed fighting for human rights. In the park is a butterfly-shaped amphitheatre.
