Education

The Early Learning Center at Albany State University, a 9,150 sq ft facility, was designed to provide student teaching opportunities for ASU students.  At the same time, the building will provide day care for university employees, students, and members of the community.  The design includes 3 toddler classrooms, covered and fenced outdoor play area, a large multi-purpose room, and offices for faculty.

Office Buildings

An office complex of 15 buildings comprising a total 2.8 million sq ft. The buildings range in size from 4 to 17 stories.

Renovations

Having moved from their historic location in downtown Atlanta, First Baptist relocated to a former office building/warehouse. In order to streamline their broadcast ministry and to better serve the congregation, Sedki & Russ Engineers, Inc. designed monumental structural changes for the main sanctuary.
