Student Success Center - This +27,000 square foot, two story facility houses student services, computer labs, conference rooms, and testing rooms. The main lobby is open to the roof and features exposed steel tube trusses.

The 412,000 sq ft hotel includes 255 guest rooms with conference facilities, spa, golf clubhouse, tennis center, bicycle center, and an area for outdoor entertainment.
